چکیده
Protonation and carbamate formation are critical reactions for CO2 capture using amine-based absorbents which impact both absorption amine regeneration. In this regard, thermodynamic analysis towards in N-methylaminoethanol solution is carried out with specific attention to the corresponding protonation reactions. The mechanism investigated acquisition of reaction equilibrium constant heat reaction. performance was evaluated terms loading pH. A model then developed mathematically describe system make prediction on solubility, species profiles, absorption/regeneration heat. Results show that average relative deviation solubility calculated from 4.2%. predictive profile indicates less energy cost desorb CO2. This line unstable consequential conversion (bi)carbonate. position as a potential absorbent based carbon shown chemical constants, second order rate (k2), pKa.

Experimental Investigation of Reactive Absorption of Ammonia and Carbon Dioxide by Carbonated Ammonia Solution
In this work, reactive absorption of gases in aqueous electrolyte solutions has been investigated resulting in the development of a procedure in order to calculate the concentrations of ionic and molecular species in the liquid phase. Two duplicate experiments were conducted to investigate simultaneous reactive absorption of ammonia and carbon dioxide in partially carbonated ammonia solutio...
متن کاملAn Experimental Investigation of Reactive Absorption of Carbon Dioxide into an Aqueous NH3/H2O/NaOH Solution
In this research, the reactive absorption of carbon dioxide in an aqueous solution of NH3, H2O, and NaOH has experimentally been investigated. The experiments were carried out in an absorption pilot plant in different operational conditions. The composition and temperature of both gas and liquid phases were obtained during the column height. The concentration of molecular ...

15 صفحه اولsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Derivatization reactions of carbamate pesticides in supercritical carbon dioxide.
Supercritical fluid carbon dioxide (SC-CO(2)) has been used to dissolve derivatizing agents (e.g. heptafluorobutyric anhydride, HFBA, and pyridine), which also act as a modifier in the fluid phase, for simultaneous extraction and derivatization of carbamates from the sample matrix. The derivatized carbamate pesticides (carbaryl, 3-hydroxycarbofuran, carbofuran, aldicarb, methiocarb) were then a...
